Pewsey Community Land Trust would like to thank all those who have participated in the public engagement events both in person at the two events held recently and online. We are pleased with over 150 responses so far. These responses will inform the more detailed plans now being drafted for the application by the architects at One Fifty Studio.

As volunteers we are all working hard on this project and we will endeavour to keep members and residents informed. You will appreciate that this is a lot of work.

You will see some activity at the site over the next month or so as the various surveys required for the application are completed.

Here is the PDF file from the events in January and February. We would point out that these initial designs were never intended to be final designs.  They were only to engage people and begin a discussion to inform the process. We also acknowledge that the project has to be cost effective to progress, hence the debate over three storeys and how to best locate the building within the site.

We will have a complete design for our chosen planning consent route of a Community Right to Build Order (CRtBO) at the end of March/April, which is a Neighbourhood & Community Planning process allowing continuing engagement with Pewsey residents. Everyone will have further opportunities to comment on the CRtBO plans.

PCLT thank you for your support.
