Dear Members and Supporters,
Following a successful Open Morning at 8 Market Place nominally King Alfred’s Court, on 15th July the Directors of Pewsey Community Land Trust (PCLT) have made the current design drawings and related surveys and reports available for comment as part of the Regulation 14 Pre-submission Community consultation for the Community Right to Build Order. We will hold a further Open Morning on Saturday 19th August. This community consultation along with other statutory bodies such as Pewsey Parish Council, and Wiltshire Council informs the planning process which will continue. There will be further Consultation for PCLT to show how it has responded to your comments and with other agencies being undertaken by Wiltshire Council planning, before it returns to the community for a referendum early next year.
The current consultation is open until 5th September 2023.
Available to view as paper copies in Pewsey library or online by clicking HERE. The link will take you to a public google drive folder where you can access all the documents, reports and surveys. The 4 main ones are there and the detailed reports and surveys are in the other folder.
As volunteers the number of hours invested in this project to date by the Directors and some CLT members has been extraordinary. We thank them for this amazing effort.
Please refer to the FAQs document for the responses to the most frequently asked questions. We look forward to any new ideas or queries as part of this consultation process however, the fundamental design is unlikely to change.
Please share this with anyone local. We would like to attract more members to take us over 200.
We hope to see more of you Saturday 19th August 0930 to 1300 at the site near King Alfred in Pewsey.
