Pewsey Community Land Trust Objectives

To maintain or improve the physical, social and economic infrastructure throughout the parish of Pewsey.

To provide permanently affordable housing for people of all ages.

To advance education, concentrating on asset-based community development and enterprises with a community or environmental focus. 

To provide an opportunity to contribute financially to the community, with the expectation of a social dividend, rather than financial reward.
